so i went up boldly, and presented my project.
everything went well, and i was also applauded just like all the other groups.
phew. i thought if i screwed up, they'd just sit there all and stare at me..
so im glad they applauded. haha.

i sat in for bs with Yilun yesterday. FT2 lesson 10. but it was awesome. i was inspired by the glory of God's Word again. it was the lesson on ETERNAL JUDGEMENT! muahahaha! man. wait till u hear bout that. the final one is the GREAT WHITE THRONE judgement. muahaha! LMAO
okay lah. but i was impacted by this part. where it said, God doesn't like to judge, but he has no choice. He's a God whose grace and mercy abounds. and He has given all authority to Jesus to Judge. so better get to know Jesus while you can! HAHA!

wooh...i slept for the longest time man, yesterday! haha. actually since sunday i was feeling abit feverish from the lack of sleep. i think. so after reachin home yesterday, i fell asleep while using my laptop! haha. that was about 6? and it was 12 midnight when i woke up! and by 3am i was in bed again. till 10am this morning. still i had to drag myself outta bed. i havent enjoyed sleep so much in my life! lol. u know what, i feel like i can sleep somemore now. haha. but i'll just save it for later. in the night.
oh btw, hillsong london. anybody heard of them? haha! they play great music, and make great songs! nicer than hillsong australia i think, musically.
anyways. another point to note. electric cars have been out for a long time already. it saves so much more in carbon emissions. even if coals were used in producind the electricity, the cut would be 50% less carbon! and don't think the cars are not as good. they are much quieter, and are as powerful as petrol driven cars! they can go up to 100miles(160km) on a full charge, and you can charge them up at night while you sleep.
see..why a so much more environmental friendly car isnt being implemented and catching on in this world or soaring oil prices and increasing environmental pollution concerns being stressed globally?
car and oil industries are two very large industries globally. oil prices depend alot on the sale of cars too. and oil, in the political scene is like liquid gold man. if you got little, gold, and your country is poor and weak, just find oil somewhere under your country, and you'll soon be rich. haha. so you see, oil has to keep moving in order for oil rich people to stay rich. and you see why oil is still in for the time being despite being so much more harmful and expensive.
and as for solar technology, it has been around for about 50 years now, but still not powerful enough to run a commercial car? come to think of it, it is kinda far behind the rate of progress in technology. could it be because of oil too? hmm..
anyways, at least they're come out with hybrid cars. these cars can run on both oil and electricity. man..check em out at

haha. so much for that long post.
i slept at around 4 or 5 lastnight because i had a project i needed to submit at 10am that day.
i finally got it done up, printed, and was fast asleep the moment i hit the bed.
oh yeah, and my mp3 player was spoilt. the earphone plug was being irritating. you had to place it at ertain angles in order to hear the music clearly. well, dad brought it to creative for me this morning, and got it replaced. for an additional 90 bucks, i get a brand new one, green instead of white, and 5gb instead of 4gb, and this one has radio too! haha.
cool huh!
but its the second time i've went there for repairs and they replaced the whole unit for me. hmm. i wonder why don't they repair it. is the cost really highier for repairs than making a new one? or is it they've run into problems with apple in competition, so they've too much stock left to clear? haha. hmm.
well, currently it makes customers happy. we'll see how long it lasts. haha.
as for now, i'm happy. thats what matters right. lol
and i went for a game of pool with my pals earlier. i lost the first game badly. then then second. and the third..i basically lost all. but couldnt blame right, i was tired, and couldnt concentrate. so i just was having fun, and there was this game, i got fedup, so i just hit without much thinking, and amazingly the balls went in after bouncing around or whatever. they said it was trick shots. haha.
bu i still lost that round. because of the black ball..i couldnt get it in.haha.
fun day anyway. now its time to rest.

Last saturday, i went to settlers cafe with my cell and about 3 other cells from my zone. i heard they booked the whole place. settlers is somewhere in holland village. its a cafe, but has more than just food and drinks. they have lots of board games/table games you can choose and play at the table.
we sure had fun!

sounds cool huh? well, i certainly learnt alot from it. to those people out there who are in relationships, it's really good for you too! haha. you see, pastor cares for us so much that even before most of us are even married or attached, he already wants to teach us about it. haha.
Personal thoughts:
sometimes you look at the people around you. the kind of problems they're having, selfishness in one partner then the other, coldness to one another after sometime, not understanding the proper way to communicate, any many more.
i mean thats life yea, it happens. but isnt there a better way? isn't there a way to stop it? or at least reduce it? maybe by learning and understanding better? but how can you understand if you don't know about it?
sometimes its scary to think, even when in a bgr, things are already so bad. how much worse will it be after marriage?
the wedding and honeymoon might last for few days to few months. but its a whole life we're talking about here. hello~
that's why i think its so important to choose the right person. of course, nobody's perfect, but still, more than just chemistry, and romance, the person has to have the right attitude and character to be able to work towards a successful life together ahead.
and that would mean that the person i'd choose would already be from my church. because i know, in chc is where people's lives are shaped and moulded, and only people who are serious in having their lives, attitudes and characters changed will be there for a long time.
and of course, i have to be comparable too before i can expect so much right. thats why i'm in church too! haha
thats not why i always want to bring people to church. haha. its because i know theres a better way(despite whatever people might say about having any other way as the same), and i've personally experienced and know it, and i truly care for these people enough to share it with them too. still, it's their choice at then end right? i can only do so much, and if they think at any point in time i'm being too much(i try my best not to), and they draw back, i will have no choice but to sadly let them go.still i will return when there's another chance, because i still love them.
i'm not that all of a God-fanatic or Christian-fanatic really. haha. i still live life like a human, just that i have known God, He's changed me, and thus love Him, and He's special to me.
haha. it all started with this marriage thing, and i ended up typing so much! haha.
how is this post of insight into my life? i wonder who has enough patience to read through this post. i know of some who will study it word by word anyways! lol.

has anyone ever got tired of the computer? like you realise that theres nothing intersting left to do within your computer, maybe music the most. And so u look online, surely theres may more things here, its the World Wide Web you know! so then you go to your blog, you reply afew tags, or sometimes theres none! you go on to other sites to look if they've updated. usually its just a few. and once u've finished, you go on to MSN messenger. check out who's online. say hello and wait for a reply. and then go on chatting and waiting for replies. and then inbox says you have unread mail, mostly dumb mails who people still send years after they've been tricked a million times. and you've gotta delete them all, you realise at the end, there's hardly any real mail that someone actually writes to you.
i mean, after awhile, it gets..exhausted too! theres like nothing intersting left to do! i can't just spend 8hrs a day watching online videos or chatting. i feel sick of coming to the computer already! i'd rather be out somewhere hangin out with pals, havin fun, chattin, gettin alive.. but everybody's online! i mean, that's become what life is nowdays huh. life's so IT, it almost totally revolves around the computer or something to do with a screen. other than maybe in school, you mostly only see ur friends online.
MAN! i wanna go out and hangout. anybody game on doing so? i need some escapes soon. maybe i'll go to town, to bugis, suntec, for makan, to the movies, beaches, climb bukit timah hill, go kayaking, go sailing, explore coastal parks, and i seriously need to go shopping. any girls wanna volunteer? i know u ladies are the best shoppers! haha. actually, i'd probably rent a motorised wheelchair to ride around. HEHE!
how great can life be living infront of the computer. probably things have been getting more ex always, that's y its more expenive to step out of home each time. Transport expenses, say u'd get a drink or a meal. maybe you see something and you wanna buy it. is that the reason people stay home? or is the parents who have finished work at the end of the day, and when they get home, they expect their children to be at home too, watching the tele? aint there better things to do? or is it society as a whole? everything's gotten so fast and busy in order just to survive that nobody has time and energy left to have fun and relax outside?

faithfullness/persistence(goes long term)
- these 3 basic stuff gotta be balanced and more advanced than others in order to survive this world.

another thing. my dad finally got the car serviced. it was way over the 10,000 km. and after servicing, it suddenly feels so smooth!
just a little touch of the accelerator pedal, and the car is off!
just imagine how dirty the parts must have been, in order to slow the car down so much. yuck. maybe its just the oil dried up though.
of course, i think the new tyres made the difference.
the good thing is it saves petrol, and is faster now.
the bad thing is that, it cost more than 1000 in total..
oh, and my mom said her phone battery was spoilt. it doesnt charge even after she charged it a whole night and the phone said it was charging.
well, it only took a pin prick to solve the problem!
now its happily charging..haha!
oh, and i'm already starting on my revision for my exams.
i think its fun! haha.
and i miss playing my drums. i haven played it for at least one week because i've been so busy! okay. so tml i shall play!
and i must say, i have such good neighbours.
of course, i only play at considerate times of the day on my part.
haha.

must say its been a rather good week.
i had fun.
there was xuijing's birthday..celebrated at mayim..
there was west coast with some good ol pals..
there was jurong east library, my first time in the new building..
there was driving around..

HaHa! its time to blog again!!
I've got a brand new blogskin! hahaha! i made this myself! i think sometime back in february. well, its my first blogskin..kinda, and from what i know, it doesn't work on firefox. so daniel, too bad. LOL
but i think its cool to click the buttons and navigate. though i dont really like the small screen.
Anyways.. i guess i'll just post more pictures. till i have more stuff to blog. lol.
remember the cell chalet? yeah.. me, isaac, rachel and annabel went earlier cos we brought all the stuff lah. the car was FULL!! and before everyone came, we went for our free SKY TOWER ride for 4! It was fun! LMAO!

i noticed a similarity. that the older sibling is less expressive compared to the younger one. they are makin really funny faces LMAO!

btw..first time i wathed soccer myself in the late night and i actually ENJOYED IT!!
Germany vs Argentina.. and GERMANY WON!! they're good man... hahaha
and oh yeah..i watched it in CHINESE!! haha... imagine listening to the commentator in chinese instead of english! haha...that fella talking was kinda anti-climax though..but he sounds really experienced.
and oh yeah...i watched SUPERMAN!!!! haha... i felt that boyish feeling coming back.. remember the times when i wanted to be Captain planet, white ranger in power rangers.. haha..i actually wanted to be superman!! i mean..as i watched the movie! haha.. He was so cool i tell u..superman can FLY! he is so strong, and has lazer from his eyes!! haha... i like the part he flies around the city and over the sea all over..so COOL!! but too bad...he's FAKE...:(
oh yea...and Joann..she came for make up cell earlier...and she played the intro for Sanctuary! and of cos the whole song! POWER Lah...haha.. it was awesome man..i wanna learn how to play also..haha..
