What do you do, when depression comes knocking back on your door again? You once successfully kicked it right out, back into its dark ravines where it came from. But now it's crawled the long journey right back to your home, and is prying for a way in. Through any windows or backdoors left unlocked. It's lurking, I feel it near. I need a dog to bark it away.
I want God's presence. more of the holy Spirit in my life. In me. I want to fall deeply in love again. I miss the times, I want to be the saltiest salt, and the brightest light in the darkness and tastelessness out there. Lord your mercy endures forever. You have been Good.
Won't You Lord, take a look at our hands,
Everything we have, use it for Your plan.
Won't You Lord, take a look at our hearts,
Mould it refine it, As you set us apart
We want to run to the altar,
and catch the fire,
and stand in the gap,
between the living and the dead
Give us a heart of compassion,
for a world without vision,
we will make a difference,
bringing hope to our land
We will answer the call
To build this church without walls
Let your glory be shown
Bring salvation to the lost
To the lost!
You won! 2:41 AM
