I was pleasantly surprised. just 2 days ago, my secondary school classmate Melisa suddenly added me in msn and started chatting to me! She never used msn or email, and according to her, she started only when she went to Thailand for a 6week field study that she used it, and even had a blog to keep her family back home updated! haha!

She was the only other classmate who was christian in my class. So we used to stay back after school and during recess in class to chat, and sometimes play the guitar. Probably because she was also the vice chairperson, and had to make sure everyone was out of the class before she could lock the doors.

She's in Uni now! And I'm still taking my time in poly. She really a powerful woman. I guess that's her character. Rather playful, but in a serious way. She'd manipuate her conversations carefully and also quickly bring you to a surrender if you tried anything funny. She was from the debate team. Probably thats why she was chosen for it. I was chosen to be the chairperson for west zone debates. Haha.

Someday she'd be a politician I guess, maybe the first female prime minister of our nation. With such wit and intelligence.
I'm really glad to have known her. A dear friend always, in my eyes, and I hope she treasure's this friendship as I do.

Talking about the past on msn, she made me re-think and encouraged me quite abit.
Interesting how God works. It was the day when I felt down and was thinking of making some really huge decisions, and God sent 3 people to remind me and encourage me. Hers is the most dramatic. Having her come on msn is like gravity going upwards. But here she is! And it was at the exact time too!

So much in life. Keep looking forward! Make the best of what I have.

And then also, I finally found back Kristen's blog! She moved her link 2 weeks ago at the start of the holidays, and she told me about it, but didn't leave a forwarding link. I searched google like mad, but to no avail. Finally I got her by sms and she emailed the link over. Phew. haha
