I must say, I thoroughly hate people that care more about results and achievements rather than people.
They bother so much about numbers, getting information, earning that extra buck, but don't give a heck about you. Such Hypocrytes.
Take for example, you have a website, and you keep trying to advertise it to get people to contribute to it, and that's all you ever talk about because you want to increase your traffic, but guess what, you still get nobody or little people.
But if you have a website that gives people value instead of taking people's value, just imagine how willing people will be to contribute to your website in return? and so much more in fact!
It goes the same for organizations and groups. You want your people to perform, but you don't bother to care for them, and try to pay them less to make more money. Then you resort to force and threat to make your workers perform. How stupid that is. Pay what is due, care for your workers and give them vaue due, and even more. How much more will they love your company and want to perform for your company?
If you don't see this basic and simple principle, you're really blind.
Come on, what are organizations and companies formed for in the first place? Study your history. To create jobs right? to help people right?
Why have you so deviated from your original purpose?
Of what good is your organization or company anymore?
just throw it into the bin..seriously..
