woo..its been rainin more n more latey...
i think i know y i've been feeling weird the past few days..
its cos i sleep late and have to wake up early..
when that happens, i'm tired during the course of my day..
and so...
my thinking is affected...
it either thinks wrongly(unreasonably - doesn't reason things properly) or doesnt think at all..
and also then affecting my actions and words..
and my mood..and all..
actually i noticed this long ago...
but recently i'm not sleeping enough again...
thats my reason for having to get ready to sleep at 10 u see..
8-10hrs sleep is best..
say i have class at 8am..
i need to wake up latest 7am..
thats..
9 hours if i sleep at 10..
8 hours if i sleep at 11..
7 hours if i sleep at 12..
6 hours if i sleep at 1..
see...12am doesnt seem so late right?
but 7 hrs of sleep to last another 17 hours awake...
it will soon catch up with you..
in sickness, tiredness, emotionally, might lead to depression..
in long term...u get diseases much easier..
cos u're not as healthy..
thanks to thomas edison for the invention of electric light bulb...
its a remarkable invention!
but yet.. don't overuse it..
it can either help u or kill u...hahaha..
and talking about using the computer..(shan't go into that)
and for those who want a good complexion..
other that eating fruits n vegetables n drinking lotsa plain water to prevent pimple outbreaks...
having enough or more than enough sleep prevents it too!!

its all about balance..

just look at and study the nature He's created...
you're His creation too!! haha..

see..the time you are sleeping, is the time your body is repairing itself..
during the day..when your body is awake..
everything it does produces bad by-products..
ahh....nvm..basically..something like what u learn in chemistry...
the body we have is a really chemical one...
from your brain, all the way to your muscles, and your blood and everything needs to have the right chemical balances...
using any part longer and more than what it can take, causes a chemical imbalance that has tremendous side effects.
once in a long while its okay...
but often...it can kill...
another example is sick people..
especially those in hospital and after an operation...
their body has been attacked by something, such that it is very badly damaged.
caused by either the virus, disease or the surgeons..
so when the person is recovering..
what does the person always do??
sleep right??
thats the way your body works to get u into the right working condition again..
still....i think balance is the solution..
you can't be sleeping all day either right...
that turns u into a pig...haha...
sleep is just like a bank..
u take from it, try not to pay back, soon it will catch up with you...

how much time should we sleep?
lets trace back...what was the earliest form of clock?
the sundial right?
so lets look at daytime and night-time.
how many hours for normal daytime? 12
how many hours for normal night-time? 12
this i how God made it...
12 hours to be awake..
and in oldern times before they had lamps..
sunset onwards they cant see anything right? what else could they do?
nothing but sleep right?
maybe they could spend about 1hr or so gazing at the stars...
and talk about moonlight...it isnt always there n bright enough to illumiate your surroundings...only about 5 days a month? and also not every month u get a really bright moon...
only on "zhong qiu jie"
so it means..at least about 12 hrs is meant for u to be sleeping...
and 12 hours for working...
maybe 1 hr more for star gazing with your lover beside you?
that will be about 11 hrs for sleep lah...11..
11 should be the best lah..
and normally, good sleeping time these days range from 8-10 hrs..which is still pretty okay..
but there will be side effects that is...
blah blah blah...
time to study..haha...
