Do refer to
Min's blog for more interesting information on this event.
Welcome to Sentosa beach at 9am. its all ours!

Tanning in the morning sun, beside the clear blue sea.

See..Rachel was afraid of jellyfishes, so min & I swam across to the islet (islandlet according o min.) first, and had our names personally engraved into the sand.
We had one earlier, on the main beach, with all 3 names, but a r/c car ran over it and destroyed it.

The 3 Sandmans. with the soft sand. we actually made 2. then we were afraid rachel would be jealous. so we quickly made another. haha. I'm the biggest, Min's beside me and Rachel's behind.

Finally rachel decides to swim across u see. after much persuasion and seeing that we din get bitten by jellyfishes.

See how my feet sink into the soft sand.

Min's meatball making skills now being used to make 2 perfect sand balls.

None broke up when thrown far into the water. notice the ripples in the water, that was the result of impact from the first ball.

2 gorgeous beach babes

Min's hand compared to the sand hand. We found this gigantic footprint, that was bigger than my foot bout 1 or 1.5 inches. made by an angmoh who also swam across to explore the islet.

This brings back strong memories of my Dearest Grandfather. When i was much younger, we went to the beach together only about 2 or 3 times.
First time he put his footprint then drew a face for me.
Second time i was much older, and he used my footprint.
He was my grandfather that truely cared & loved me & related to me as a young child.
I still miss him.
Everytime i make this feet sign, I remember him.
Even my chinese name, it was given by him.
According to my grandmother, he was someone who loved takin photographs.
Well, my dad and I also do the same!
He was a teacher. My dad teaches well, soon its my turn?
He left his country and family to come to Singapore.
He worked hard, and always sent money back.
Today, I'm aware that they took all that money and built a school in his village and i think named it after him!
He was a great man. My dad too.
Another thing was he liked music too.
My grandma said he bought this Pipa (which is currently in my possession) (
http://liufangmusic.net/English/pipa.html) and he knew how to play it.
My dad got a modern day one, a guitar. His old time guitar was like those of malays in school, full of stickers. haha.
Well, I too caught onto music, but in a greater way.
See, things u do now in life, influences your next generations. And they get more distinct and powerful. make sure u make good use of it and make sure they're good. Of cos, Jesus is the Best!
Btw, my dad was saved, then my grandfather, then me.

Back here. we tried to take 3 ppl picture. but rachel kept gettin only half her face taken. so i had no choice. take 2 at a time. here's Rachel and I.

Min and I. that sand on my back. boy. it was so nice. cool, smooth, fine. haha..*u know

Min and Rachel. btw. that is cement they're sitting on.
This is the pic where min was mentioning in her blog, about rachel pointing to a butterfly(which was actuall a dragonfly).

The rock they're standing on, was VERY HOT!
I bet it was made of fibreglass.

Min:"hey! what are u doing there...can we go back now? lets go back now..."
Rachel:"dude..are you sure there are no jellyfishes..."

Min & Rachel:"Ah... i LOVE this shelter.."

It was still strugling when we walked pass.

We left sentosa about 2plus? it is then that the sun starts to BURN everybody with bare backs and shoulders.
