I Rushed over to cousin's place after cell in a taxi with my mom, bro n sis. Dad had a meeting and would be comin from town later. we were already late when we left home. cos cell was still at home.
upon reaching there, there was this round bbq plate, like the seoul garden one, and a steamboat on the table. we started feasting. The other adults have already finished eating. so they were chatting at another table. but my uncle wanted to stand with us around the bbq table. why? cos he said it was interesting n exciting to see us eating..haha.i guess it was so, cos we were standing all around the table, infront of our chairs, diligently cooking n eating unlike the adults who would sit n relax. haha.
Later on, we went to the front porch to the metal swing. the one where u sit facing each other. try swinging harder, and the whole swing stand lifts itself up one side, in the air. Later, i got off, and stood on the metal bar base instead. and lo n behold. the swing did not lift off. and for one second, i thought the bike nearby was interesting, so i took my feet off the bar, and just one step tpward the bike, the swing lifted off again, and a loud, piercing shriek pierced thru the front porch n the house, followed by a short pause of absolute silence, then laughter. well..my sis had felt the liftoff pretty bad. haha. my coz who was on the swing commented, i wasnt scared about the swing tilting. but wad scared hin was the scream. lol..yeah..i got scared by that too..lol.
later, it was fire time. our thing we do almost everytime we meet. make fire. waiting from the swing, all the way to the gate, we were waiting for this person, it always seemed that 1 person was missing. either in toilet or something. and so out the gate, we saw a lorry. interesting. yeah. we later found out that our uncle had bought it. cool. 11pax plus 2 in the cabin. 13 was the max. we wanted to get a ride, but din managed to. so we had to walk all the way to a faraway place, where we found our sparklers. then walked all the way back to the park, where we started building rockets. interestingly, the sparklers were surprisingly short. and the lack of power caused none of the rockets to fly. lousy sparklers. so we ended up in several clouds of smoke. in a way chasing away mosquitoes that were threatening us. bro played candles, i made rockets wif guy cuz. 3 cus gals sat on bench.
finally we got fedup and wanted to make fire with wood sticks. those think branches fallen off the trees above. nae..the wood wouldnt burn. not enough fire and probably there was abit too much dampness inthe wood. we abandoned plan after awhile. everybody took part in it.
walked back home, found ice cream ready for us. choco chips n chocolate.
i realised chocochips was nice cos of the chips. but not taste. and the chocolate had great taste. so i mixed them 50/50..it was great! but just not enough chocochips left. it was diluted.
nothing much more. we went home soon.
